The mission of Model United Nations for students to become more involved in their role as global citizens. Through this process, students will be honing their public speaking skills by participation in the annual Model UN symposium. There are about 30 members for this clubs. The club meets 2-3 times per month. The Club highlights and/or accomplishments from last year are:
 
"Outstanding Country Award" representing Hungary. (Abby Maute, Bente Bogues, Dana Lischin)

"Outstanding First-Year Delegate Award" representing North Korea for Legal A & Elected Chairperson of Legal A Subcommittee for 2021. (Jason Ding)

Selected as a delegate for the 2020 National YMCA C.O.N.A. (Conference on National Affairs) June 26- July 3 2020 in North Carolina & Nominee for "Premier Delegate" representing Mexico in Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Committee

Mr. Ziccardi states that the goals for this year are “Greater participation, leadership & involvement of MLHS delegates at the symposium. We would also like to see more accomplishments and awards at the annual symposium in 2020.”
