On a regular basis, parents receive an update on Academy activities. A sample is below: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 6/7/19

Dear Academy Parents,

The stars of the show this week were our sophomore scholars. They planned, hosted, and presented at the Academy’s first science fair. The students brought their best and I was very pleased with how they tackled this somewhat nerve wracking capstone event with poise and enthusiasm. I continue to hear how impressed the guests - including students, parents, teachers, administrators, business partners and board members - were with the students’ research and presentations. Well done to everyone and a special shout out to Jenna and Twisha for leading the planning and implementation of the event - what an amazing job they did of communicating about the science fair, arranging for food, and making the lab look great.

Below is a selection of photos from the day. Many thanks to those of you who came out to support the Academy at the fair - your participation was much appreciated by me and the students.
